  • optional version with separated amplifier for applications with high dosis of radiation
  • optional with radiation hard filter for UV-A, UV-B, UV-BC and UV-C
  • full hermetic TO-5 package

Changed values of feedback resistor, dual supply voltage, other spectral ranges (filters) or customer specified modification on request .
